On April 4th, G2 will host About Repetition night — an interdisciplinary art collective based in Düsseldorf, exploring repetition as an artistic resource across media art, sound, and architecture. Their work comes to life through synesthetic live performances, creating a vibrant platform for collaboration and experimentation. For this showcase, Anodized — DJ, producer, co-founder of the label and event series System ctl, and resident of About Repetition — will perform at G2. His sets are defined by warm harmonies and lush grooves, driving relentlessly through the mix. Joining him for a B2B session are Hidonash and Ozip_402. Hidonash, a Germany-based musician, DJ, and co-founder of System ctl, operates between stomping industrial sounds and vocal synthesis, weaving archaic and futuristic textures into charged, ritualistic performances. Ozip_402, a Düsseldorf-based DJ, is known for fast-paced selections at the intersection of industrial techno and hard groove. Completing the lineup is Hugo Dirac — a member of System ctl, as well as a musician, DJ, and sound engineer — whose work oscillates between euphoric synth-wave and raw body music.
